Russia has deployed its lone aircraft carrier to support its efforts in Syria.

Russia’s lone aircraft carrier, the Admiral Flota Sovetskogo Soyuza Kuznetsov (Russian: Адмира́л фло́та Сове́тского Сою́за Кузнецо́в “Admiral of the Fleet of the Soviet Union Kuznetsov”)

Russia has deployed its lone aircraft carrier to support efforts in Syria. It is trying to get there by the end of October.

The carrier Admiral Kuznetsov and its task force are on a course to sail through the North Sea and English Channel.
