Top aides to the leaders of North and South Korea will meet at the Panmunjom truce village straddling their military border at 0900 GMT (5.00 a.m. EDT) on Saturday to discuss the situation on the Korean peninsula, the South’s presidential office said.

The North Korean Internet has gone completely down twice in the past 12 hours as Kim Jong-un threatens to attack South Korea.

The world is waiting for the next move of crazed dictator Kim Jong-un, after he warned that North Korea’s military would attack the South at 8.30am on Saturday.
He told his troops last night to be ‘fully ready for war’ following an exchange of fire between the rival nations, declaring a ‘quasi-state of war’ and claiming that he will attack the South at 5pm Pyongyang time (8.30am UK time).
So, according to GlobalSecurity.org, the US and South Korea haven’t gone to WATCHCON2 since June of 1999.
The WATCHCON, or Watch Condition to measure reconnaissance posture against the DPRK, was upgraded Friday after the exchange of fires between the two Koreas.
According to the article, there are four “Watch Conditions”:
