Bio: I’m 28. I live with my 73-year-old dad. He is awesome. I just write down shit that he says
“My flight lands at 9:30 on Sunday…You want to watch what? What the fuck is mad men? I’m a mad man if you don’t pick me the hell up.”2:42 PM Aug 15thfrom web
“The dog is not bored, it’s a fucking dog. It’s not like he’s waiting for me to give him a fucking rubix cube. He’s a god damned dog.”10:43 AM Aug 18thfrom web
I just stumbled onto the website for this amazing artist and graphic designer named NATHAN FOX. He’s got a great website that is a pleasure to browse – you may get more out of it if you have 3-D glasses.
The artist really reminds me of Geoff Darrow, which is great because I can’t get enough of Darrow’s work.
Spider-Man has always been one of my favorite subjects. I love seeing some of the more sophisticated and contemplative takes on our more familiar and beloved comic book heroes / characters. Another great example of this is the Moebius rendering of the Spider-Man figure.
I got to try out the new Coca Cola fountains on Thursday. We went to the Pei Wei in Newport Beach where they had two installations.

I’d pretty much given up soda a few months ago, but I really enjoyed trying out the machine. That seemed to be half the fun of the experience. The other half was trying out new Coke flavors like Coke Orange and Coke Raspberry. I know it’s all fake chemicals, but it was still amazing to try out. And the fact that there was no cross-contamination of beverages all coming out of the same nozzle.
There were two menu levels. The top menu level – shown in the photo – has the main drink categories. Select one and you are presented with a “refinement” menu where you can more specifically pick, for instance, what flavor of Dasani flavored water you would like.
Overall, pretty cool. It’s like being fat in the not-too-distant future!
