Venice ’83

El Niño.

It’s not what it used to be.

People who weren’t here then don’t remember the endless gray, rainy skies Angelenos endured through the winter of 1982/1983.

When the sun doesn’t shine for weeks on end. In LA. It feels like the end.

It happened in 2005; I remember.

Anyway, here’s what Venice looked like back in ’83.
